FIRED HEATERS
Thermic fluid
heaters allow temperatures over 280oC for various process
applications. Guha Industries has these innovations to their credit
-
Separate
expansion and de-aeration vessels to ensure that relatively cold oil
in handled in the expansion tank - preventing thermal oil oxidation
for longer life.
-
A membrane
wall design with straight tubes (rather than coils) ensures lower
thermic fluid pressure drop and lower pump power consumption. We
can offer multiple starts, and flexible flow rates - unlike coil
designs that need another external pump for flow dilution.
-
An air
pre-heater to ensure proper furnace oil combustion and efficiency up
to 92%, by reducing the stack temperature to 180oC, even
with a process fluid temperature above 250oC.
-
A cyclonic
combustion system for solid fuels that can take most organic fuels
like firewood, coal, lignite, rice husk, coconut husk, etc.
Our pressurized
hot water boilers operate up to 180oC, completely within a
closed loop, eliminating the need for water treatment plants required by
steam boilers. Presently, pressurized hot water systems are also
exempted from boiler regulations.
The choice between
thermic fluid heaters and hot water systems is determined by the
operating temperature. Above 160oC, the higher cost of the pressure
vessels for the pressurized hot water system makes thermic fluid more
attractive. However in critical process applications where inflammable
fluids are a concern, hot water systems would be the preferred choice.
For dryers,
indirect hot air generators can provide 300oC and above by
fuel oil combustion
